PBC is currently looking to recruit an expert planning executive to lead a new, embedded strategic planning and analytics function within the organization. 

Reporting directly to the President/Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Vice President will play a key role in developing and articulating organizational vision and ongoing strategic planning, will strengthen internal capacity to develop and manage plans at the operating unit level, and identify new opportunities and consider paths for transformational change.  In building an ongoing and robust strategic planning capability for the organization, the SVP will recommend and build an optimal structure for this work.

As the successful candidate, you are senior resource in a top tier consulting environment or an embedded senior planning executive in an organization with parallels to PBC.   Ideally, this experience will have been gained in an organization or on client files involved in, or related to, financial services, benefits and insurance coverage or healthcare.  Seen to be beneficial will be experience in planning or consulting to organizations characterized by financial complexity, a high volume of transactions and demanding service standards.
