• Implement and create company policies and procedures
• Hire and oversee training of staff members
• Plan, expand, put into practice and evaluate personnel and labour relations strategies
• Establish work schedules, assign work to office support staff
• Ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
• Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
• Assist with preparation of the yearly budget
• Handle all kind of correspondence and prepare special reports and manuals
Completion of Bachelor’s degree required along with 2-3 years of work experience in administration.
