Our firm is seeking a full time legal secretary to assist with real estate transactions and estate files. Successful candidates will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Exceptional command of English language and grammar
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Computer skills including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel as well as typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Prior office experience
