Residential Property Managers wanted for Chetwynd, B.C. location.
60 unit fully furnished apartment buildings.
Gwillim Gardens prides itself on our customer service and the smooth operation of our property. Our Onsite Managers will be responsible for one of Chetwynds finest building complex’s and will be expected to coordinate all day-to-day activities at the buildings while managing the building and the staff within.
Working together with the building team, the goal of this position is to maintain an occupancy rate of 100% and when suites become available having the means to clean and fix repairs quickly and efficiently to get suites ready to be rented out immediately.
Ensuring the satisfaction of all existing tenants is of utmost importance.
Our buildings are adult orientated for executive type people working within the area. Managers duties include but are not limited to: Keeping things running smoothly day to day in the apartment complex, giving tours of vacant suites, collect rent, solve problems, ensure things are maintained, clean maintain and tidy common areas, clean suites after a move out as well as taking care of lawns and snow removal.

Understanding of BC Residential Tenancy Act is a must as is prior landlord experience.
Excellent references receive priority.
1 A basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating systems and gardening (at a minimum).
2. A basic knowledge of computer experience/knowledge at a minimum.
3. A demonstrated ability to organize a schedule of maintenance and workload planning.
4. A demonstrated ability to maintain a checklist record of maintenance routines
5. An ability to communicate comfortably and cheerfully with residents, staff, and visitors.
6. Willingness to learn the policies and procedures of the facility.
7. Be pleasant and courteous to staff, residents, and visitors.
8. Help the staff and management operate the facility efficiently and effectively.
2 bdrm furnished suite included in wage package(suites are not pet friendly acceptions made for the right candidate)
