Check out Finding Your Path: A Guide to Education and Career Planning created by the First Nations Education Steering Committee. It’s designed to help First Nations education coordinators, post-secondary counsellors and others to support First Nations students.
The paper Counselling Across Cultures: Working with Aboriginal Clients is also useful. It discusses how to provide career counselling that is appropriate, culturally sensitive and helpful.
