Training Events
The BC Career Development Association (BCCDA) is a professional association dedicated to advancing the career development profession in B.C. It provides a variety of member services, including certification and a central networking, education and training service for members and non-members. Conferences
The CDC conference (Career Development Conference) is the largest such event in B.C. It provides training, professional development and networking for career practitioners, educators, coaches, job developers, service providers and human resource professionals
The Career Education Society conference informs, prepares and assists educators to facilitate successful transitions for today’s students. It brings practitioners, resources, tools and ideas together, with workshops, career resource demonstrations, skill-building sessions and more.
The ASPECT conference is designed for community-based training agencies from B.C. and across Canada. Career development professionals, instructors, program managers, directors, board members and representatives from the provincial and federal governments attend.
