President Global Consulting Group Ltd. (PGCG) is an integrated entity conducting International Education, Immigration, New Media, Real Estate and Canadian Start-up services. We are looking for a talented Student Assistance Coordinator to oversee the administrative process related to international students.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage inquiry from students interested in knowing or receiving information about the language learning programs, including entrance requirements, curriculum and learning path
• Introduce learning path to students to meet potential enrollments, via initial discussions, to ensure educational fit, timing and prospects’ ability to afford the total educational investment
• Coordinate and plan student accommodation and relocation, and organizes college and university information seminars and education fairs
• Develop a relationship of trust with students, utilizing superior customer service skills, including regular interactions to seek out potential problems and provide solutions together with the student, their parents and/or other financially-involved parties
• Promote, engage, support and manage agents in China
• Liaise with business representatives from schools, colleges and universities on comprehensive matters relating to students’ enrolment and participation in academic programs
• Carry out office administrative activities associated with admissions to schools, colleges and universities across Canada for international student from China
• establish work priorities and schedule, supervise work office support staffs
• Monitor the application process to ensure efficiency, collect and analyze data for reporting and improving the process.
• Assist in preparation of annual, monthly, and quarterly operating budget and maintain budgetary controls

Skills & Qualifications:
• Completion of college
• 1 year above experience in education administration sector  
• Must have deep understanding about language learning business.
• Strong organization and communication skill is required
• High English proficiency is required. Chinese proficiency is an asset
