Job Description

Technical Support Analyst

Hodder Tugboat Co. Ltd., located at 16031 River Rd, Richmond, BC V6V 1X5 is looking for a Technical Support Analyst. The right candidate will perform the following duties:

- Maintain network / hardware infrastructure and web applications

- Provide support on-side and remote users by analysis and resolution of software issues

- Maintain, redesign and update main applications and other software

- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implements solutions

- Provide advice and training to other equipment users

- Other related duties as required

Skills and requirements:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field - Technical knowledge of computer/server hardware components as well as familiarity with PL-SQL/T-SQL, TCP/IP and general networking concepts. - Experience in web applications integration - Strong writing, troubleshooting and communication skills - Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Compensation: $ 30.75 for 35 hrs/wk. This is a permanent full-time position.
