Job Description

Working under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, this role delivers the support functions of the Company Webstore and Wholesale Department. The candidate will have direct contact with Wholesale, Call Centre customers and Rogers Chocolates Sales Reps in the completion of telephone and on-line orders. Superior customer service skills are required for this role as well as the ability to multi-task. The candidate will have a strong sales focus and will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service.

 

This role requires administrative functions such as creating price signs for our retail locations and some key accounts, along with creating and updating order forms for our sales channels The Webstore includes the Website functions at Rogers’ Chocolates and its Mail Order activities, which are related to customers who place phone orders from catalogues or Webstore orders. This is a permanent position ideally suited to someone with at least 2 years of practical experience in sales or website support or a combination of roles.

 

Qualifications

  • Two years sales experience in retail or call centre environment and/or a related experience
  • Proficient command of Microsoft suite
  • Experience with Sage 300 software a benefit
  • Ability to work with limited direction
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to complete several concurrent tasks at a time
  • A commitment to exceeding quality standards.
