Office/Project Administrator (Construction & Demolition)

MWL Demolition is a private company with a committed team of experienced professionals providing complete demolition services and innovative solutions for structural demolition projects. We are currently seeking an excellent office and project support Administrator. You must be a task-oriented, self-starter who is confident and has exceptional organization, communication and analytical skills. You will be a person who thrives in an open environment, but knows how to find a balance with guidelines.

Job Description

This full time position will be the key first point of contact for many clients phoning in and others visiting the office.  The Administrator will be responsible for the day to day duties of the office and provide administrative support to the project management team.

Responsibilities and Duties

·         Greet, assist and provide information to the public and clients

·         Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying

·         Manage correspondence including couriers and mail

·         General office administrative duties

·         Manage employee online timesheet system

·         Project document control and management; uploading to software systems

·         Organize and maintain accurate project records

·         Other administrative duties as required

 

Qualifications and Skills

·         Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

·         High level phone skills

·         Be detail oriented, accurate, efficient and organized

·         Be able to multi-task and have exceptional time management skills

·         Ability to work in a team environment

·         Strong written and oral communication skills are essential

·         Aptitude for learning

·         Minimum 2 years construction project documentation experience is required
