Location:  Delta, BC

Responsibilities:  

  • Handle calendar management for executives, including scheduling appointments and event dates
  • Day to day communication with internal team and external parties
  • Manage travel bookings and arrangements for CEO
  • Maintain efficient record management system with updates to templates and records
  • Prepare presentations, correspondence and documentation
  • Attend meetings, generate agendas and documentation of minutes
  • Assist with event planning for internal company meetings and functions
  • Additional related duties and projects, as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience providing senior-level executive support
  • Degree or Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills working with multiple deadlines
  • Be a decisive thinker with keen problem-solving abilities
  • Handle confidential details with the utmost level of discretion
