This is your chance to join a remarkable and dynamic team in the Policy, Planning and Quality Department. Reporting to the Manager, Planning, you will have the chance to contribute a variety of tasks and projects to support the Planning and Evaluation Team.
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a high functioning environment where you will attend team meetings, collaborate with staff and work on meaningful projects that will help change the way we work. In addition, you will enhance your understanding of First Nation culture, traditions and FNHA’s role in improving health outcomes for First Nations people in BC.
•Supports the timely completion of FNHA planning, reporting and evaluation products
•Supports the development of planning tools, templates and guides to support planning and evaluation efforts
•Conducts research/scans to inform the development/refresh of priorities and associated measures
•Contributes to quality improvement of planning reporting and evaluation practice
•Prepares summaries, briefings and reports as needed
• Pursuing a Master's degree, preferably in planning, business, evaluation, and/or public administration.
• Recent, relevant and significant experience in planning or evaluation.
• Experience in working with First Nations is an asset.
