Job Description

Position Scope

Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide a wide range of services related to human resources including: HR policies & legal compliance, compensation and benefits,  employee relations & training. The Human Resources Generalist will work collaboratively with managers and staff at all levels across the organization of 400+ staff.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, examine and assess the training needs within the organization
  • Map out training modules and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house)
  • Develop, implement and maintain on-the-job training plans in accordance with employee/department responsibilities and job descriptions
  • Coordinate employee development plans, performance management and compensation review process
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives including talent management, employee relations, culture and engagement
  • Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll
  • Be an active member in the social team

 

Qualifications & Abilities

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in HR with CPHR designation preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience in HR capacity
  • Ability to provide support in creating a highly engaged culture
  • Ability to think positively and add value to the team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with staff, senior managers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to problem solves and creates innovative solutions
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work; meet deadlines
  • Detailed -oriented and good analytical skills
  • Hands on experience in PC operations and HRIS systems
  • Good command in written and spoken English and knowledge in Chinese is desired
