Job Duties:
- Answer phone calls and check company emails
- Communicate the messages to the appropriate person/department
- Prepare invoices and bills for customers.
- Order office supplies, files, folders, etc and maintain inventory.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with the employer.
- Provide a satisfactory response to the client’s inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of high school education is required.
- Knowledge of English language is required.
- At least one year of previous work experience in a similar field or completion of a college diploma/degree is required.
- Knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi will be an asset.
