Position: Furniture and fixtures manufacturing supervisor (NOC - 9224)

Position Available: 01

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent (Overtime, weekends if required)

Wage: $30.00 - $ 31.00 per hour, for 37.50 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Unit – B & C, 7967, 128 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 4E7

Job Duties:

• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Establish work schedules and resolve work problems.
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers.
• Oversee the repair, inventory, and proper handling of furniture items.
• Provide training to workers, when required.

·         Make estimates of quantities of materials and labor required.

• Prepare and submit reports such as performance, work etc.

·         Ensure that all workers know and follow necessary health and safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School

Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Language: English
