Job Description

Marketing Specialist

Term: permanent full time

Working hours: 40 Hours/Week

Salary:  $29/Hour.

Work location: Vernon BC

To expand our business and improve the marketing presence, President Global Homes Ltd. is looking for a professional Marketing Specialist to oversee the company’s marketing activities.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the manager to assess current marketing activities for improvement 
  • Collect data on current marketing plans, and analyze data against clientele source to determine the most effective marketing plans 
  • Propose timeline for the implementation of promotional activities for programs and services we offering to market 
  • Plan and coordinate seasonal promotions, seminars, information sessions 
  • Probe for partnership opportunities and sign partnership agreements for maximum exposure of our services 
  • Conduct clientele survey, analyze clientele demographics and their service preference 
  • Attend publicity events and industry conference on behalf of company 
  • Maintain strong press relations and present company to the media through press release and other methods 
  • Conduct research on new and innovative marketing solutions and determine suitable ones to implement 
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, newsletter and other promotional events 
  • Ensure all information on social media platforms and company website are up to date and accurate 
  • Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • College diploma in business administration, marketing, or related discipline is a required 
  • 3 years above of work experience is required
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skill 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment 
  • Being creative and open minded
