Job Duties:

·         Oversee and supervise the activities of cabinetmakers and other workers in the facility.

·         Create work schedules and assign duties to cabinetmakers as required.

·         Coordinate and streamline the operations of various departments of the company.

·         Hire and train new employees.

·         Order production material and supplies as per requirements.

·         Ensure maximum productivity and that safety standards are met at all times.

·         Oversee employee performance and prepare regular activity reports.

·         Resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

·         No formal education required  

·         Some experience in a related trade is required

·         Language Requirements - English
