Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, as per company contracts.

Wage rate: $25 per hour (40 hours per week)

Education:  No Education required

Experience: No experience required, On job training will be provided.

Language: Basic Knowledge of English.

Job Duties: 

·         Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas.

·         Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ladders etc. required at construction sites.

·         Assist tradeperson in construction activities.

·         Assist tradeperson to secure/unsecure special attachments to equipment and provide assistance in other activities.

·         Assist in aligning wooden structures, mouldings and perform related activities.

·          Level surface to fine grade specifications.

·         Assist in demolishing wooden structures using prying bars and other tools and sort the surface area.

·         Remove rubble and other debris at work sites.

·         Tend or feed machines or equipment used in carpentry.

·         Clean up and finish the wooden joints using sandpaper.

·         Perform other activities at construction sites, as direct
 

Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.

Working Conditions: Candidate should be able to lift weight (50lbs). Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, rain, or shine.
