Position: Office Administrator (1221)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time.

Wage Rate: $25.00 per hour for 40 hours per week.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: Completion of secondary School, related college education an asset

Experience: 1 to 2 year of relevant experience

Job Duties:

·         Should able to co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures

·         Should able to check and read emails and messages.

·         Should able to maintain office procedures and information filing system.

·         Should able to get work done before the deadline.

·         Should able to administer policies and procedures related to the release of records.

·         Should able to co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, maintenance and security services

·         Should be able to prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails.

·         Should able to maintain inventory and assist in budgetary controls.

·         Should be able to supervise administrative staff.
