• Work and coordinate with customers, subcontractors and engineers regarding plans and layouts.
• Prepare estimates for home construction, renovation and restoration projects.
• Select and employ trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities to do specialized work.
• Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
• Ensure that construction permits are obtained.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• May perform carpentry or other trade work.
• Supervise subcontractors to do specialized work such as plumbing and heating.
• Prepare and maintain a directory of customers, subcontractors, suppliers and engineers.
• Prepare advertising strategies to promote company's products and services.

Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
