Primary Location:  Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada


Weekly Hours:  40 hours per week


Wage:  $29.00/hour



Employment and Educational requirement:

-mandatory completion of secondary school

-Bachelor's Degree in related disciplines (eg. Business, Accounting, Hospitality, etc.) are not required but valuable

-2 years work experience in related field is not required but preferred


We are in search of an Executive Assistant who will help our organization execute on our corporate goals.  This role requires someone who will work together and get decisions at the top executed in an efficient and timely manner.  As an established company in the business, we require someone who understands our mission, identifies with our values, products, team, and culture.  The Executive Assistant works behind-the-scenes in order to ensure smooth flow and support the demands of the team.  Day-to-day tasks change constantly and the ability to flexibly adapt is a must.  You will work independently, have to be resourceful, well-organized and be able to follow through on tasks without being prompted.


Core Responsibilities include:

-liaise with executives/stakeholders within the organization to preload on meetings and support in the achievement of their objectives, reports, and record minutes

-assist the main administrative secretary in their roles

-proficient in MSOffice, specifically in Excel and strong computer skills

-ability to multi-task and juggle a number of tasks

-ability to adapt and take over new responsibilities as required

-organize and support the team leader in recruiting and facilitate the onboarding process

-support the Executive Office team on duties such as coordinating travel, organizing meetings, personal and business errands, meal arrangements, etc.

-handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature in a professional and discrete manner

-compile data and report findings to the executives
