Participant eligibility included any individuals qualified to receive income assistance or disability assistance, as well as indigenous people on reserve qualified to receive federal assistance.
Plan and lead online activities and workshops for youths
Maintain and support a safe and positive environment for participants for online activities
Attend weekly team meetings and take part in professional development opportunities
Connect, support and outreach to participants and families as needed to maintain communication and attendance.
Record and share program attendance and summaries on a weekly basis
Skills & Qualifications
Obtained Post-secondary education or in the process of obtaining
Proficient in English
Enjoy working with youths and be comfortable with handling conflicts.
Assist in planning youth activities and have fun with them
Familiar with using Google apps etc
Satisfactory completion of Criminal Record Search
Positive, fun and engaging attitude with a growth mindset
A second language
Access to a cell phone with, and a laptop or computer with internet service.
Contract length: 3 months and may extend
Part-time hours: 20 hours/ week

Salary: $15.00 per hour
