Job Description

Epic Snacks is a Surrey based company specializing in logistics and fulfillment services for vending machines. Our clients range from offices to manufacturing plants to public areas - pretty much anywhere you'll ever find a vending machine. We're a dynamic team dedicated to providing industry leading fulfillment to vending machines.

We're looking for someone to fill the position of an Operations Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, analytical, and have prior experience in management level positions. You will be supervising over major aspects of operations, and delivery and fulfillment of products to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining, supervising, and covering all aspects of operations, including delivery and fulfillment
  • Manage product inventory levels to ensure adequate product supply with minimal spoilage
  • Maintain and organize warehouse. Supervise and evaluate warehouse staff
  • Develop and implement warehouse best practices and processes
  • Develop, review, manage, and analyze key indicators, financial parameters, controls, and business processes to ensure optimal results
  • Oversee onboarding of new customers or machine installations and removals
  • Handle customer service issues, coordinating repairs of equipment with service
  • Use and manage different computer systems to run operation
  • Demonstrating leadership qualities and be able to attract and retain excellent performers
  • Keeping management informed of operation initiatives and key updates
  • Any other tasks or duties that may be necessary to ensure smooth, profitable operation of logistics and complete customer satisfaction

Other requirements:

  • Dependability is a must
  • Detail oriented, mechanically inclined
  • Good organizational skills
  • Exceptionally organized and methodical
  • Computer literate: must be able to learn and understand industry specific software systems, reporting tools, and be able to manipulate data
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs if necessary
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in operations and personnel management
