The Role

We’re looking for a seasoned pro with min four years' experience, who has excellent client management skills and hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, web-based activity including platform design and development, and content. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, strategically-minded, able to analyze opportunities, foresee challenges, and handle multiple projects concurrently. We are looking for a producer who is able to own projects in an inclusive-yet-decisive way, with respect for creative. You need to hit the ground running and have a genuine passion for working in a busy studio.

Number of Positions: 1 vacancy

Specific Duties:

  • Plan, organize and control the various stages and scheduling involved in the production of presentations and motion pictures

  • Drive digital projects from initial concept to delivery across multiple platforms

  • Engage directors and other production personnel and supervise all technical personnel and apply creative and strategic thinking to projects

  • Develop, document and manage project parameters including scope, schedule, budgets

  • Manage, motivate, and ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders including teams of creatives, developers, vendors, suppliers and contractors

  • Proactively communicate with clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges, solutions and closely manage expectations

  • Monitor budgets, establish project plans and processes to avoid scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues

  • Negotiate royalties, and plan and control the budget pertaining to a particular production and deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Constantly identify project risks, requirements, and opportunities, and maintain production archives

  • Work collaboratively with other producers and support the MDs in various administrative tasks 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completion of bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required

  • Minimum 4 years industry experience in an agency

  • Deep knowledge of digital

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Outstanding relationship-building and client management skills

  • Experience managing multiple people and projects, in person and remotely, is a must


Annual Salary: $78,000

Start Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Permanent

Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week
