Currently openings available for the Day Shift (Mon to Fri – 6:00am – 2:30pm) & Afternoon Shift (Mon to Thu – 2:30pm – 1:15am)

Based in our factory in Gloucester Estates, Langley, the Production Worker - Painter is an integral part of our Operations Team, responsible for glass installation in Cascadia’s award-winning windows and doors. Experience in hand spray-painting is a must and operation of automated paint equipment is an asset. Training on our systems and procedures will be provided.

NOTE: Gloucester Estates area has no transit service.


  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Experience working in a manufacturing organization, with preference given to window production
  • Experience working with painting tools & equipment
  • Interested in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Passionate problem solver, inquirer, and learner
  • Must be capable of very heavy lifting and willing to work hard and learn quickly
  • Must have reliable transportation, as transit service is not available to Gloucester Estates area
  • Safety footwear is required. Annual company paid safety footwear after 3 months —all other tools and training provided
