Business Start Up/Entrepreneurship for Youth

This program helps youth start and grow their own businesses by developing new skills, gaining business experience and mentorship in business development. 

Eligible Participants

There are two program streams, each with different eligibility:

Business Start Up/Entrepreneurship for Youth
British Columbians, aged 15 - 29, who are unemployed or precariously employed.

Business Start Up/Entrepreneurship for Indigenous Youth
Self-identified First Nations, Inuit or Métis people living in British Columbia, aged 15-29, who are unemployed or precariously employed.
 

Services

Participants receive skills training, employment assistance services, and wraparound supports such as cultural support, childcare, transportation, and mental health supports.
