Culinary Bridging Program

The Culinary Bridging Program prepare participants for work as a camp cook or transition to a Professional Cook Level 1 program. Participants receive vocational certifications including First Aid, Foodsafe, and WHMIS, introductory culinary training, essential skills, soft-skill development and employment assistance services.

Introduction to Carpentry and Formwork Program

The Introduction to Carpentry and Formwork Program prepares participants to become carpenter apprentices. Training includes essential skills, foundational and on-the-job work experience, and hands-on occupational skills training including safety certifications, power tools, carpentry, and formwork.

Dan’s Legacy “Intro to Cook”

The “Intro to Cook” program provides clinically supervised job-skills training in the food services industry to youth aging out of care, Indigenous youth, young women survivors of gendered violence and new Canadians.
