The Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA) Training Program

Prepares young adults for employment in early childhood education. The program includes classroom learning and practical training to develop the necessary skills and certifications required to obtain jobs as Early Childhood Education Assistants.

Offers pre-employment services and supports, occupational skills training, and employment experience in the manufacturing and skilled trades sectors. Building Better Futures for Youth

Provides a continuum of employment training opportunities focusing on youth, including an entry-level introduction to construction course and soft skills training. We Float Boats! Marine Service Pre-Employment Program

N3xU5 Program

Helps young adults transition from high school to university, including skills training in Microsoft Office programs and a university prep course to equip participants with the skills and knowledge required for post-secondary learning. Participants receive a free laptop, transportation allowance, and up to $3000 towards their first semester tuition at various Universities across Canada.
