Skills Quest for Young Adults (SQYA)

Prepares young adults for employment opportunities using a gamified approach to learning, including virtual or in-person activities and wrap-around supports. Participants work at their own pace or in a group setting, and are provided with ongoing employment support.

Game Changer: An Employment Project for Immigrant Youth

Assists young adults new to Canada in securing sustainable employment or education through an individualized employment plan and group-based services.

Construct Your Future Victoria

Prepares participants for a career in the construction industry. The program includes industry certifications, supervised on-the-job training, classes on construction industry terminology, basic trades math and a fitness program.

We Float Boats! Marine Service Pre-Employment Program

Provides young adults with career opportunities in the marine service industry and other related businesses in Vancouver, Victoria, and surrounding areas. The program delivers marine community-based skills exploration and employment readiness leading to full-time or part-time employment.

N3xU5 Program

Helps young adults transition from high school to university, including skills training in Microsoft Office programs and a university prep course to equip participants with the skills and knowledge required for post-secondary learning. Participants receive a free laptop, transportation allowance, and up to $3000 towards their first semester tuition at various Universities across Canada.
