The Experience Matters! program offers short-term certificate and on-the-job training, work experience (with possible wage subsidies), employer matching, job placement, mentorship and coaching services.

Options 55+ Employment Skills and Training Program

Participants gain computer skills, short-term certificates, work experience (with possible wage subsidies) and are matched with an employer mentor. The program also includes Indigenous cultural components, a job-finding club and in-house job fairs.

Experience Works Program

Participants in the Experience Works program gain basic computer skills, including training on software and social media. They earn short-term certifications and participate in work experience (with possible wage subsidies).
