Gateway
The Gateway program focuses on people in rural and remote communities. It includes short-term occupational certification training, Indigenous cultural components and work experience (with possible wage subsidies) in the participant’s community.

Acquiring Community-based Employment Skills (ACES)
Acquiring Community-based Employment Skills (ACES) provides certificate-based training, life skills and employment readiness workshops, job search assistance, and post-employment supports. The program is offered in person, and each individual is supported to create a unique training and employment plan.
