WorkBC.ca Enhancements Coming June 25
WorkBC.ca is undergoing a series of updates to improve usability and navigation.
As part of this work, WorkBC.ca and the Job Board will be temporarily unavailable on Thursday, June 25, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. while we implement these changes.
What’s New
This release introduces several enhancements to make the site more intuitive and user-friendly:
- A refreshed look to the homepage to encourage deeper interactions with WorkBC services and tools.
- A new main menu with clearer navigation labels. This means that some pages will have new names, URLs or locations on the website. While this may impact people who have bookmarked or saved specific pages, temporary page redirects will be in place to help guide you to the updated locations.
Designed With You in Mind
These enhancements are informed by research conducted by the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills (PSFS), which explored how people experience and use WorkBC.ca today.
By applying research-driven recommendations, we are building a platform that better serves job seekers, career explorers and employers — ensuring WorkBC.ca remains a trusted, accessible and valuable resource for people living in British Columbia.
