WorkBC Employment Services helps over 100,000 people across B.C., each year, to find and keep good jobs. With input from job seekers and communities, the ministry is expanding upon WorkBC to offer more choice and tailored support to meet people’s individual needs.
By 2027, WorkBC Employment Services will offer three different service options. People can start in any part of the system to get services that meet their needs – and then transfer to other service options if their needs change.
